A zine about own-voices mental illness narratives and interacting with media as a mentally ill person, centering the artist Nicole Dollanganger.

A short chapbook of poems that functions as a handy beginners guide to Dissociative Identity Disorder. It is written in reaction to Split and other media that continue to stigmatize the condition, but also focuses on offering multiplicity systems language for their experiences.
